The premiums payable by members and companies have been agreed between Federmanager and Confindustria and are due from the moment of the manager’s enrolment.
How Fasi works
Company premiums must be paid for each working manager enrolled with the Fund, regardless of whether retired managers from the companies themselves are enrolled with the Fund.

The Fund's supplementary healthcare cover also extends to the member's family unit and can be provided in two forms:
Direct provision
The Fund provides supplementary healthcare services directly, based on administrative agreements with healthcare facilities that agree financial conditions with IWS S.p.A that are more favourable than those normally applied.
In this case, the portion of expenditure refunded by Fasi is NOT advanced by the client; the administrative agreements relate to the Fasi Fee Schedule and are customised to the individual facilities.
Indirect provision
Care is provided indirectly, in relation to expenditure actually incurred, in Italy and abroad, and within the limits set out in the Nomenclature-Fee Schedule.
Without prejudice to the client’s maximum freedom of choice of healthcare facility, there are also affiliated forms of healthcare, organised through administrative agreements, which offer significant advantages in terms of more favourable financial conditions than those normally applied.
